Doug Fikse President Doug Fikse joined Raritan in September 2015, as President, following Legrand’s acquisition. Shortly after the acquisition of Raritan, Legrand went on to acquire Server Technology. Raritan and Server Technology now make up the Datacenter Power and Control Division of Legrand (DPC).Fikse has more than 30 years of engineering and leadership experience in the building controls, automation, and electrical power industries. He was formerly the President and co-founder of Legrand Home Systems, part of Legrand, a global leader in wiring devices, cable management, and home systems.

Now, he is tasked with making sure that Raritan continues to lead the data center industry in intelligent power management and KVM-over-IP solutions.Doug holds a B.S. In Engineering Science from UCSD, and an M.S. In Engineering Management from the University of Pittsburgh.

His distinguished career began with management roles at Westinghouse Electric where he led teams in developing smart circuit breakers, military robotic systems, and SDI space power systems. He later joined Smart American Home Centers, a pioneer in the home automation industry, which ultimately became On-Q technologies (later Legrand Home Systems). Doug is married with four children. Swen Anderson Chief Technology Officer Swen Anderson joined Raritan in 2004 during the acquisition of Peppercon AG, which he co-founded and served as CTO.

He contributed to the development of the company’s first intelligent PDU and environmental and asset management offerings - helping to make Raritan a recognized pioneer in data center energy management. As CTO, he leads R&D activities for Raritan's power distribution and remote access solutions.Swen holds an M.A. In Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Chemnitz University of Technology. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the scientific staff at the Chemnitz University of Technology, where he was responsible for R&D projects in the field of high-speed data communication. Henry Hsu VP, Product Management and Marketing Henry Hsu leads the strategy and marketing of Raritan’s power distribution and remote access solutions. Since joining Raritan in 2001, he has held several instrumental roles building Raritan’s lead in both the digital KVM and intelligent rack power management markets.Most recently, he formed our power consulting team, specifying the electrical distribution and monitoring in some of the largest and innovative datacenters in the world. Raritan’s advisory approach established our brand as a trusted vendor and partner to customers, consultants, and distributors in the critical infrastructure market.

Earlier, Henry initiated Raritan’s North American sales engineering group; and as product manager for Raritan’s first digital KVM family (Dominion KX), specified and launched the then fastest-growth product in our history.Henry holds a B.A. In Economics and Computer Science, and an M.S. In Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Dan Moran Vice President, Finance Dan Moran leads the finance team with over 25 years of experience in various industries, specializing in the technology industry for the past 15 years. He joined Raritan in 2006 as the Corporate Controller and played a vital role in guiding the company through global recession in 2008 and 2009.As Vice President of Finance he is responsible for financial performance, supporting the development of corporate strategy and providing financial guidance for Raritan worldwide.

Dan successfully lead multiple capital raises through debt and equity (public and private), and managed M&A transactions including integration and restructuring.Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. In accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Andy Schreiber VP, Global Supply Chain Operations Andy Schreiber joined Raritan in 2003. During his time at Raritan, he has managed system test, technical support, sales engineering as well as operations. His current responsibilities include global supply chain operations and global technical support as well as production, quality assurance, customer service, and purchasing for the Americas.Andy holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College and an M.S. In Software Engineering from Monmouth University.

Prior to joining Raritan, he spent 22 years with Western Electric/AT&T Bell Laborites where he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Technical Manager focusing on development, deployment and support of voice switching and network infrastructure products.Andy is married with two children. Joe DeLong General Manager Joe DeLong joined Raritan as Senior Director of Strategy — Financial & Analytics in 2008 — during a pivotal time for the company as it first entered and, subsequently, experienced rapid growth and success in the data center energy and resource (DCIM) management space industry.Joe became a lead during the integration of Raritan into Legrand after the acquisition of Raritan in 2012, working with Legrand global leaders to allow for a stable acquisition and smooth transition for the Raritan team.

Joe then went on to assume the role as Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global financials and revenue objectives. During his time as the VP of Global Business Development, Joe led the Raritan global sales team in reaching new growth targets across US, Asia, and Europe. As of January 2018, Joe is now the General Manager of Raritan Americas leading the business strategy and growth initiatives of a leading division within Legrand.Joe holds a B.A. In economics from Kenyon College and a M.B.A. From Columbia Business School. Prior to Raritan, he served as Assistant VP of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America Securities.
