The goal of the Apprenticeship Readiness Fund of the LAOC Building Trades Council is to expand the MC3 training programs throughout the Los Angeles and Orange Counties. MC3 is a pre-apprenticeship curriculum developed by the North American Building Trades Union designed to meet the high union standards.
